After registration, we will issue you a username and password. You can then create journeys in our Operator Control Panel by entering all the relevant information about the journey including departure times, places and pricing. When you are happy with the journey information, you can then publish the journey and immediately start accepting bookings.
We charge a booking fee of 5% of the ticket price (subject to a minimum of €1). This can be added onto the ticket price or included in the total ticket cost.
Coach Tickets makes payments to you by bank transfer once the journey is finished. You provide us with your IBAN and BIC and we do the rest. Payments will reconcile and tally with your ticket sales reports in the Operator Control Panel.

We provide printable customer control lists for each journey. eTickets which we send to your customers contain a QR code which can be scanned by your staff. These QRs can be scanned using a simple app on any mobile phone (internet coverage is required for ticket validation).
